errowbd is dedicated to enable a unique & delightful purchase experience for its customers. We are hell-bound to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our customers. However, there might be some inconsistencies. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.
Return Policy:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Errow packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
While you return the item at our Couriyar hub, please collect the Errow Return Acknowlegement Form from the Hub and fill it in by yourself. Keep one copy to yourself and we will keep another copy of it for the record.
Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return
***Note: 1. Quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. errowbd has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality. 2. Gadget Pick will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customer must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claim.
Refund Policy
- Refunds
- Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
- You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

- Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Must notify within 7 Days.
- Any delay will not be acceptable.
- Any exception will result in no return.
